Kyle Lawter (Manager, Business Support Services) has a Masters Degree in taxation and has worked in public accounting for over 20 years in Spartanburg. During that time he has worked assisting clients in various industries achieve their bookkeeping and accounting needs. Kyle is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and is adept at understanding and addressing clients’ accounting needs.
Karen H. Harris (Business Support Services Assistant) has over 30 years of experience in bookkeeping. She is experienced in QuickBooks as well as other accounting programs. She performs various tasks for the firm including preparing payroll, preparing Forms 1099, preparing sales & use tax returns, and preparing quarterly payroll tax returns.
Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting
Our Business Services Support staff provides assistance with financial reporting, general ledger creation and maintenance, bank account reconciliations, and many other financial services today’s business owners require, but seldom have adequate time to complete.
We have four Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors on staff, each with extensive experience in public accounting. They stand ready to help with all QuickBooks issues: initial company setups, payroll preparation and reporting, financial statement preparation, and technical advice and troubleshooting.
Payroll Preparation & Compliance
We provide all necessary payroll-related services: payroll preparation, preparation of quarterly payroll tax returns, preparation of forms W2 and other annual reports, and preparation of workers compensation and general liability insurance audit forms.
We also prepare sales and use tax returns, business personal property tax returns, and city business license forms. For those rare occasions where we cannot provide a needed service, we maintain a vast network of professional resources we can and will use to coordinate the provision of those special needs as they arise.
